A1 Slovenia become the first and only telecommunications provider on the market that included streaming service VOYO in their TV plans – without raising the prices. The main character of VOYO’s TV show “Ja, chef”, Ljubo Bohinc, became the face of the launch campaign.
Presenting the offer through cooking jokes
The campaign was centred around Ja, chef, one of the most popular TV shows on the VOYO platform, whose protagonist is the culinary virtuoso Ljubo Bohinc, played by popular Slovenian actor Jurij Zrnec. By intertwining cooking jokes and excerpts from VOYO content, Ljubo presented the new offer in his own cynical and dramatic way. We also spread the news about the inclusion of VOYO in A1 Net + TV plans through online advertising and social media.
Even more jokes from behind the scenes
Throughout the campaign, Ljubo also made users laugh in behind the scenes footage in which even he, the great chef himself, admitted that A1’s new offer is better than his special dishes.
