At the end of the year, we launched a campaign for the New Year’s Lotto in collaboration with Loterija Slovenije, featuring a story about friendship and incredible winnings.
In December, Slovenia was excited by the New Year’s Lotto game, which offers a different way to play and incredible prizes such as apartments, monthly rent, dream vacations, and much more.
Without a doubt, these prizes will make the lucky winners happy, but at the end of the year, we wanted to remind people of another type of luck—the one that matters the most. The one brought to us by the people around us.
The central part of the campaign features a long video ad, almost like a short film, telling the story of two friends. Their plans are turned upside down when they hear the sudden news that the opportunity to buy a ticket for the New Year’s Lotto is running out. They embark on an unforgettable adventure, reminding them through a series of fun and unexpected events that true luck isn’t found in winnings, but in priceless moments. Sometimes, in searching for one thing, you find something entirely different—and even more valuable.
The campaign, with a 143-second TV commercial first aired on December 1st, is complemented by several shorter video ads, outdoor advertising formats, and digital content that highlight the unique way of playing and the stunning prizes offered by the new game.
